Directions

While no right or wrong way, a mindful intention is at the core of this kit. Create your therapeutic intention, and discover the materials in the kit. Visualize what you wish to create. You can start by drawing a design within the circle of the flat fabric provided. Proceed to play and cut various fabrics included in the kit to create your own design. Finally, proceed to attach your mandala sheet onto the cushion cover provided or use it as a visual art piece.
