Return Policy

USA Returns

We offer no-hassle returns. You may return most Buddha Groove items (unused) in original packaging. Your return package must be postmarked within 30 days from the delivery date. The cost of return shipping is not included. Shipping costs and additional service charges such as gift wrap are non-refundable. Some personal use items, media, books, cards, and products containing plants (including air plants) are non-returnable. Please check the product page for details about the return policy of the product you wish to return.

Note 1: The refunds are issued in 10-14 business days after receiving the package. 
Note 2:  Please note that international orders do not qualify for returns or exchanges. All international sales are final.

How to return the products

Enclose your packing slip and the merchandise in a package securely, then ship to the address below. We cannot refund or exchange merchandise that is not received or arrives damaged, so we recommend that you insure your package (postage and insurance fees are non-refundable). If you have lost your packing slip, please include your name, address, order number (if available), along with the merchandise you wish to return. 

Non-returnable Products

  • Books / Media / Card Decks

  • Zen gardens and terrariums with air-plants

  • Bath and body products

  • Final sale items (as indicated on the product page)

  • Tea products and other food items

  • Any additional products marked as non-returnable on the product listing


International Orders

Please note that international orders do not qualify for returns or exchanges. All international sales are final. We recommend reviewing your order carefully before completing your purchase.


An item arrived damaged. What do I do?

If an item was damaged in transit, please email within five business days of the delivery date. A customer specialist will reach out to confirm details and issue a replacement. In the meantime, we ask that you save all the original packaging from the order and the original contents: these may be inspected by the shipping carrier. Please do not ship damaged items back to us.


Handmade Disclaimer

The following is true for all handmade products: Skillfully created by artisans. Slight variation may occur in color, size, and design enhancing the individual artistic character of each piece. Though our photography tends to be very accurate, color discrepancies may occur due to the setting of your computer screen. We do not offer any warranty on handmade products past our standard return policy deadline, especially on jewelry and personal items.
