A cascading wall hanging of four lotus blossoms cut from upcycled metal, each shown at a different stage of opening. The lotus is one of the oldest symbols of spiritual unfolding, growth, and resilience. Hang it in an entryway, meditation corner, or reading nook, where it works as a wordless marker of your own path.

Meaning & Intention

The lotus is one of the oldest symbols of spiritual unfolding, and this hanging tells that story in four movements: a closed bud, parting petals, a fuller flower, and finally full bloom. Read either direction, it traces the arc every seeker recognizes.

Each lotus holds its own moment, suggesting that growth happens in stages and that the murky periods are part of the process, not a detour from it. The flower's rise clean from muddy water has long stood for purity of spirit across Buddhist and Hindu traditions.

The small bell at the base adds a soft note. In many Eastern traditions, a bell marks a moment of awakening or attention, a call back to the present.

Together, the lotuses and the bell suggest a practice as much as decoration, a visual cue to notice where you are in your own unfolding.

Questions & Guidance

How is it installed?

It comes with a chain attachment at the top and hangs directly from a single hook or nail. No additional hardware is needed.

Can I hang it outside?

It is made for indoor use only. The distressed metal finish is best preserved away from weather and moisture.

Why are the four lotus flowers different sizes?

Each one represents a different stage of opening, from a closed bud at the top to a full bloom at the bottom, tracing the flower's full journey.

Where does it work best in the home?

An entryway, meditation corner, altar space, or reading nook. It reads well as a vertical accent on a narrow wall where the full 47-inch drop can breathe.
