The Heart Chakra, Anahata, exerts influence over love, relationships, compassion, and acceptance. Physically, it controls the thymus gland, heart, and respiratory system. When this chakra is in balance, you treat others and yourself with loving kindness. You are able to accept others without judgment. You forgive wrongdoings.
Out of Balance:
When the Heart Chakra is out of balance, you lack empathy for others or tend to be overly critical. You may experience loneliness or feel unloved. Physical symptoms include problems like bronchitis, low/high blood pressure, and chest pains.
