The Crown Chakra, Sahasrara, rules over wisdom, consciousness, and divine knowledge. It connects to a higher truth and sense of oneness. Physically, it rules over the pineal gland, upper brain, cerebral cortex, and central nervous system. When this chakra is in balance, we feel guided by a higher power and live in a state of spiritual awareness.
Out of Balance:
When the Crown Chakra is blocked or out of balance, you may feel lost or that you lack purpose. You might experience anxiety, boredom, or frustration. Physical symptoms include headaches, fatigue, and mental fog.
