108 lapis lazuli beads are knotted together to create a healing mala. Lapis lazuli is said to enhance honesty, self-awareness, and remove any emotional blocks. An additional guru bead assists with counting and lets you know when you’ve completed one round of 108 prayers. Lapis beads are about 6mm, guru bead is about 8mm.
