In addition to the eucalyptus, each item is also filled with lavender and flaxseed. The lavender relaxes the senses while flaxseed adds a light healing pressure to the skin. For a special treat, put your item in the microwave and let its warmth soothe your muscles (instructions for microwaving are listed below). Booties are one size. See below for measurements.

To use: Each item can be placed in microwave. Use in carousel microwave only. Remove the pin and tag on each. For booties and eye mask, place in microwave for 30 seconds. Do not exceed 1 minute. For the heat wrap and neck pillow, place in the microwave for 1 minute. Do not exceed 2 minutes.
